What does not come to consciousness, comes back as fate...
It is not about achieving perfection...but totality...
Carl Gustav Jung
The reasons for consultation are varied but never trivial
When you feel the need to express your difficulties, to understand what is happening to you and what you are going through, when you feel helpless or helpless in the face of the events of your life, when suffering deeply affects your daily life or that you aspire to more coherence, meaning, appeasement and fulfillment without really knowing which paths to take... the assistance of the psychologist will prove to be an interesting answer to illuminate foggy paths and you help implement truly effective solutions!
You realize that they have a significant impact on our emotions and that good emotional management is relevant.
Multiple causes with "painful" consequences
The list is endless. Our family, social, professional, economic, cultural, societal, spiritual and even poetic environment is decisive. We are vulnerable. We are fragile. We are not infallible. Awareness and acceptance of this simple fact opens the way to fields of possibilities from which we will be able to bring out real solutions that are not simple bandages.
Here we can represent 5 main categories of injuries associated with 5 main classes of consequences of which they are most of the time at the origin.
We can all find ourselves there at one time or another in our lives.

ABANDONMENT
We all need not to be abandoned, but we don't want to be prisoners either. Let's take care of our pain and then choose our presence ! Abandonment conceals both a treasure and an opportunity : Finally to be returned to onesel f!

THE TREASON
Betrayal is a soft, green mould, like down: it gnaws silently and from within. Do not accuse a loved one of treason if your trust in him is the reason. Unfortunately, betraying each other's trust is something that degrade a relationship, often to the point of killing it.

THE REJECTION
Don't be afraid of being rejected ! Rather be afraid of being accepted for the wrong reasons. Better, be grateful to everyone who said no to you ! Thanks to them, you can be yourself, and that's ALL that matters to start!

INJUSTICE
He who sows injustice reaps misfortune. A Persian proverb says that one does not pick the fruits of happiness from the tree of injustice. If we cherish the stigmata within us, we become its accomplice and it ends up devouring us from within.

HUMILIATION
A cause that is defended only by violence, lies and slander thus confesses its own weakness, but you cannot imagine the power of weakness, humiliation, the resentment and abject fears.

And for what consequences?

ANXIETY - ANGUISH
anxiety becomes problematic when it is experienced repeatedly and negatively impacts a person's behavior and ability to carry out daily activities. This is when we talk about anxiety disorders. The intervention of a psychologist is ideal to allow the person who suffers from it to better control their disorder and to minimize its impact on the different spheres of their life.

ANGER
Reason wants to decide what is right. Anger wants us to find just what it has decided. It begins by feeding us and ends up consuming us. We need to understand the paths of our anger to make way for the light.
ANGER EMPTY THE SOUL OF ALL ITS RESOURCES SO THAT IN THE BACKGROUND THE LIGHT APPEARS (Friedrich Nietzsche)

SELF ESTEEM
It is easier to gain the esteem of others than to gain your own esteem! you don't have to be flawless to have good self-esteem. The greater the one we wear, the greater our range of possibilities will be and the fewer impossible things we will perceive...
Make it happen and your whole universe will change ! Stop believing you don't deserve it because believing is not knowing.

STRESS
Silence and ignorance might be the wrong response to constant stress. We start practicing it like a sport and it becomes a cancer for our mind. In any case, it is revealing and shows us that the atmosphere in which we live is not for our fulfillment and our good mental health.

DEPRESSION
In these moments of intense discouragement, a clumsy phrase can finish off the most valiant. A sincere message can, on the other hand, resurrect dying wills.
"Those who would be tempted to give in to discouragement must think that nothing that is accomplished in this order can ever be lost, that disorder, error and obscurity can only appear to prevail."
René Guénon, The Crisis of the Modern World
