If I chose psychology, it is by no means a coincidence. My personal history and orientation have a lot to do with it. For me, psychology consists in giving the human its full dimension. As such, all approaches and techniques deserve attention and respect provided they are at the service of human beings, serve their liberation, and above all, suit them and are relevant.

Psychotherapy
The success of a psychotherapy is built in the first place with your interest, your motivation and your commitment, on which the psychotherapist can deploy all his know-how based on his experience. The majority of well-conducted psychotherapies, regardless of the technique used, give good results.
The reasons that invite us to therapy are many and varied, including our history, difficult or traumatic experiences, suffering, discomfort, phobias, anguish or anxiety, states of panic, recurrent depression, behavioral problems or even depression. But they can also correspond more simply to questions and a search for coherence and balance.
We see there that Meaning - Being - Balance - Appeasement and Relationship to the other are essentials that we share. In a way "a Common" that deserves our care.
