Hello everyone,
This may be an unorthodox introduction, but I have long wondered about the nature of the message I wanted to convey to you. It is essential in my eyes in the sense that it translates the truth of the bond and the quality of the relationship which are essential to us, well beyond the image that we wish to give of ourselves.
We are not that different. We share the same world, live within the same society, and, if our respective histories differ, we also share, by our common nature, the same fragilities, the same vulnerabilities, the same wanderings too.
It is not forbidden that we can explore the solutions available to us, and they exist, whether through a simple and punctual exchange or in a more in-depth way and connected to your story.

Individual - family - couple approach
Much more than a CV, a useful accessory for "apology of my competence", I am talking to you about creating a truer, more authentic relationship, where we position ourselves together on the real subjects.
Finding good reasons to get better does not necessarily mean that you are doing badly! Just as much as you can't find reasons to get better by not knowing that you are doing badly! Finally, it can simply be a matter of understanding what is happening within you and identifying the reasons that often precipitate events in your life.

There are paths to take that lead us where we can only be...
... to ourselves.
Can this awareness lead to more accuracy, balance and coherence in our existence? The answer is yes.
It is knowledge, identification and understanding. It is the bridge that connects you to your past and current history in order to project you into a "desirable" future in your eyes.
It doesn't matter what "technical" name we psychologists give it. It is a work on oneself. It requires energy, lucidity, will and determination... and you are the major player.
